  • Implementation of Training Programs:
    • Supervise the execution of training programs, including selecting trainers and managing resources.
    • Monitor the progress of programs to ensure quality execution. And adherence to the set timeline.
  • Collaboration with Other Departments:
    • Coordinate with departments and partners to identify training needs and align programs.
  • Evaluation of Training Programs:
    • Assess training programs and measure their impact on participant performance.
    • Follow up with participants to gather feedback and suggest necessary improvements.
  • Follow-up and Development:
    • Monitor trainee performance during and after training programs.
    • Provide necessary support to ensure the quality of service delivered.
  • Report Preparation:
    • Prepare periodic reports on training activities, outcomes, and budget.
  • Strong Understanding of Operations:
    • Have a comprehensive understanding of company operations and how training impacts efficiency.
    • Previous experience in operations to apply this knowledge in designing and implementing effective training programs.
  • Proficient Use of Microsoft Skills:
    • Mastery of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for organizing work and preparing reports.
  • Ability to Work Under Pressure:
    • Efficiently manage time and multiple demands under pressure.
  • Negotiation Skills:
    • Ability to negotiate with service providers, trainers, and participants to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Educational Background:
    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Work Experience:
    • Previous experience in training and development.
    • Experience in designing and implementing diverse training programs.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Project Management:
    • Strong project management and time management skills.
  • Language Proficiency:
    • Proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
