About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Senior Leads Management Specialist to oversee and optimize the full leads lifecycle—from initial inquiry to conversion. The ideal candidate will manage lead pipelines, improve response workflows, and ensure a high-quality experience for all potential clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the full leads pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and high conversion rates.
  • Qualify incoming leads and assign them to the appropriate teams or departments.
  • Develop and optimize lead management processes and follow-up strategies.
  • Track lead performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve lead quality and conversion.
  • Communicate with potential clients via phone, email, and digital platforms to provide accurate information.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure lead flow efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM systems.
  • Monitor team performance related to lead handling and provide guidance when needed.
  • Support in planning and executing lead‑generation campaigns with the marketing team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in lead management, customer success, sales coordination, or similar roles.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage high lead volumes.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and lead‑tracking tools.
  • Ability to work independently and make data‑driven decisions.
