Duties and responsibilities
• Greet customers professionally and assess their rental needs.
• Recommend the best vehicle for the customer’s trip, considering factors such as budget, group size, and luggage requirements.
• Process rental agreements efficiently and accurately.
• Explain rental agreements and answer customer questions clearly and concisely.
• Upsell additional products and services, such as insurance, GPS, and child seats.
• Collect payments and ensure all paperwork is complete.
• Answer customer questions and provide information about our rental car fleet.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and courteously.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
Skills and qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Proficient in computer skills
• Experience in the car rental industry (preferred).
• Fluency in English (required).
• Additional language skills (a plus).
• Valid driver’s license
