Duties and responsibilities
- Greet customers professionally and assess their rental needs.
- Recommend the best vehicle for the customer’s trip, considering factors such as budget, group size, and luggage requirements.
- Process rental agreements efficiently and accurately.
- Explain rental agreements and answer customer questions clearly and concisely.
- Upsell additional products and services, such as insurance, GPS, and child seats.
- Collect payments and ensure all paperwork is complete.
- Answer customer questions and provide information about our rental car fleet.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and courteously.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
Skills and qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Proficient in computer skills.
- Experience in the car rental industry (preferred).
- Fluency in English (required).
- Additional language skills (a plus).
Valid driver’s license.
