Job Purpose:

To lead and manage the Libya branch with high efficiency by ensuring full compliance with all policies, maintaining seamless coordination with the headquarters, and overseeing financial, operational, and administrative performance. The role focuses on operational excellence, disciplined leadership, and driving sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary communication bridge between the branch and the headquarters.
  • Ensure transparent, structured, and timely reporting.
  • Enforce strict adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Apply a zero-tolerance approach toward unauthorized deviations.
  • Oversee all financial aspects of the branch, including relationships with banks, creditors, and debtors.
  • Supervise accounting systems, HR software, and ERP platforms.
  • Review, prepare, and analyze financial reports.
  • Manage daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency and staff discipline.
  • Promote a professional and respectful work environment.
  • Strengthen the branch’s market presence by promoting services across different sectors.
  • Work on business development initiatives to increase market share and client base.
  • Oversee general administrative tasks and hospitality arrangements for visiting directors.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management position.
  • Preferably a Certified Accountant in Libya.
  • Strong experience in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Excellent IT skills; ERP system experience is a strong advantage.
  • Fluent in Arabic with strong English proficiency.
