At Himfa, we are currently seeking, on behalf of our client, a Medical Sales Representative to join a dynamic and growing team in the pharmaceutical and medical equipment sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for healthcare and sales to contribute to improving patient outcomes through innovative medical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Promotion:Promote and sell pharmaceutical products and medical equipment to healthcare professionals within the assigned territory.

Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.

Product Knowledge:Develop a deep understanding of the products, including their medical applications and competitive advantages, and communicate this effectively to clients.

Sales Targets:Meet or exceed sales goals by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.

Reporting:Provide regular updates on sales activities, market trends, and client feedback to the Sales Manager.

Compliance and Ethics:Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and ethical standards.

Training and Development:Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about new products and industry developments.

Market Analysis:Collect and analyze market intelligence to refine sales strategies and improve performance.
Qualifications:

Education:Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical equipment sales.
- Proven sales track record and knowledge of healthcare industry regulations.
- Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Passion for sales and commitment to improving patient care.
