HEMFA is looking for a Senior Art Director to join our innovative and fast-paced team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing creative concepts that align with our brand identity and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualization: Develop creative concepts for various marketing projects, including product launches, advertising campaigns, and social media content.
- Design Execution: Actively participate in the design process, using advanced design software to create and refine layouts, graphics, and other visual elements.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, ensuring that the creative output meets high standards of quality and consistency.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent brand image across all platforms and media, adhering to the overall brand guidelines.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong Portfolio: Demonstrate a strong portfolio of work showcasing expertise in visual design and branding.
- Design Proficiency: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
- Creative Eye: A strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Platform Experience: Experience working with digital platforms, print media, or both.
- Team Leadership (Optional): Experience leading or mentoring design teams is an advantage.
